Is OQUPIE really free?
Yes! It’s free! You can add up to one brand and three members to your workspace and try if for an unlimited period of time. Small teams or startups that are new to customer support can deploy professional customer support system for free.
What is a Member?
Member is the user joining you and your OQUPIE workspace to provide customer support. With a simple email invitation, you can add Members to your workspace and assign roles based on the scope of tasks.
What kind of payment method do you support?
Payment can be made by bank transfer. We will issue a tax invoice if you proceed with the payment by bank transfer. We can also issue a cash receipt.
What is a brand?
A brand is a product or service of your business. Multiple brands can be managed from single OQUPIE account, and different channels can be connected to each brand.
When will the Basic or Pro plan be available?
Currently, you can choose between Free or Enterprise plan. Basic and Pro plan will be officially available in December 2019. Pre-register if you’d like to use Basic or Pro plan ahead of time.
